CONSULTATION OVERVIEW

ÉLEVÉ Bridal & Design Haus

Every celebration begins with understanding the vision, the needs, and the level of support required. ÉLEVÉ offers two consultation options depending on where you are in the planning process and how much professional guidance you need.

OPTION ONE

30-MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL

Our 30-minute consultation call is an introductory discovery conversation designed to give our team a clear understanding of your wedding or event.

This is an information-gathering call, not a design or planning session.

WHAT WE’LL DISCUSS

During your call, we will:

• Review your event type, date, venue, location, and estimated guest count
• Discuss the services you are currently seeking
• Learn your general vision, style, and priorities
• Discuss your estimated investment range
• Determine which ÉLEVÉ service or package may best fit your needs
• Review availability
• Explain our booking, retainer, and proposal process
• Answer general questions about working with ÉLEVÉ

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

The 30-minute discovery call does not include:

• Detailed décor or event design planning
• Specific design concepts or styling recommendations
• Color palette development or finalization
• Floor plans or room layouts
• Vendor sourcing or vendor recommendations
• Rental selections or detailed quantity planning
• Budget building or allocation
• Creative direction
• Custom event concepts
• Detailed planning advice

These services require additional professional preparation and are reserved for retained clients or a paid in-office consultation when applicable.

AFTER YOUR CALL

Based on the information provided, you may receive:

• Confirmation of date availability
• Recommended service or package
• Proposal or preliminary pricing, when applicable
• Instructions for moving forward with booking

A proposal does not reserve your event date. Your date is secured only after all required booking requirements have been completed.

OPTION TWO

IN-OFFICE CONSULTATION — $50

For clients who need more than an introductory conversation, our private in-office consultation provides dedicated time with an ÉLEVÉ professional to take a closer look at your wedding or event.

This 45–60 minute consultation is held at ÉLEVÉ Bridal & Design Haus and allows for a more detailed conversation regarding your event, priorities, budget, and service needs.

YOUR CONSULTATION MAY INCLUDE

Depending on your event and needs, we may discuss:

• Your overall wedding or event vision
• Budget expectations and service priorities
• Venue considerations
• General design and style direction
• Décor and rental needs
• Planning or coordination needs
• Existing vendors and additional vendor needs
• ÉLEVÉ inventory and service options
• Package recommendations
• Professional guidance regarding realistic expectations, logistics, and next steps

You will also have an opportunity to explore applicable ÉLEVÉ design, décor, and rental offerings available for your celebration.

PLEASE NOTE

An in-office consultation provides professional guidance, but it is not a full event design session.

Custom mood boards, complete design concepts, detailed floor plans, sourcing, extensive vendor research, itemized décor development, production planning, and other creative deliverables begin after ÉLEVÉ has been officially retained for the applicable service.

CONSULTATION FEE

The $50 in-office consultation fee is required for clients who have not yet retained ÉLEVÉ Bridal & Design Haus.

This fee compensates for the dedicated professional time, expertise, recommendations, and guidance provided during your appointment and is due regardless of whether you choose to book services afterward.

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

WHICH OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Choose the 30-Minute Discovery Call if:
You are interested in ÉLEVÉ, want to discuss your basic event needs, learn which services may fit, confirm availability, and understand the booking process.

Choose the $50 In-Office Consultation if:
You are ready for a more detailed conversation, want professional guidance regarding your event, would like to discuss décor/rentals and service needs more closely, or want to visit ÉLEVÉ Bridal & Design Haus before making your booking decision.
