Our 30-minute consultation call is designed to give us a clear understanding of your event vision, needs, and overall expectations.

This is an introductory discovery call only not a design session.

During this time, we will focus on gathering key details about your event so we can determine how best to serve you and whether we are the right fit for your celebration.

WHAT THIS CALL IS FOR

This consultation is intended to: Understand the type of event you are planning

• Review your event date, venue, and guest count

• Learn the overall scope of services you are seeking

• Clarify your general vision, style direction, and priorities

• Identify what level of service or package may be appropriate

• Answer general questions about our booking process and availability

WHAT THIS CALL IS NOT

To maintain the integrity of our design process and respect the time required for creative development, this consultation does not include:

• Detailed décor planning or design execution

• Color palette finalization or styling decisions

• Vendor sourcing or recommendations

• Layout design or floor plan creation

• Creative direction or full event design advice

These elements fall under our design and production services, which are developed after booking and contract confirmation.

This call is strictly for information gathering and alignment. If you are seeking full design guidance, creative direction, or event styling development, those services are included within a booked package and are not provided during the consultation stage.
