CUSTOM PRICING
All pricing displayed on our website represents a starting investment and is intended to provide a general understanding of our services.
Your final investment may vary based on your event’s individual needs, including:

If the items or services listed within a package do not fully meet your event’s needs, additional services and enhancements will be quoted separately.

A consultation is recommended for clients who need assistance selecting services, developing a design concept, creating a custom experience, or determining what their event requires.
SECURING YOUR DATE
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
Your date is not officially reserved until the required retainer, signed agreement, and applicable payment have been received.
Booking Payment Schedule
12+ Months Before Event
Up to 35% of the contracted balance is due at booking.
6–11 Months Before Event
65% of the contracted balance is due at booking.
30–60 Days Before Event
100% of the contracted balance is due at booking.
Within 30 Days
100% payment is required to book and is subject to availability.
Payment requirements may vary based on the specific service, event date, and customized proposal.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for qualifying events.
A payment plan does not reduce the total contract price. All scheduled payments must be completed according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Your date is not secured simply because a payment plan has been requested. The required initial payment, signed agreement, and booking requirements must be completed before your date is officially reserved.
