CONSULTATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
At ÉLEVÉ Bridal Haus, our time, expertise, and creative process are intentional. Our consultations are designed to provide personalized guidance, discuss your event needs, and determine how our team can best serve you.
Please read the following terms in full before requesting a consultation.
CONSULTATION RETAINER
A $25 consultation retainer is required to reserve your consultation appointment.
The consultation retainer is:
- 100% non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Required to secure your appointment
- Not applied toward services unless specifically stated in your proposal
Once your consultation is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you and is no longer available to another client.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your consultation for any reason, your $25 consultation retainer will not be refunded or transferred to another date or person.
If you need to reschedule, you may contact our team in accordance with our rescheduling policy. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS
If you miss your scheduled consultation without providing notice, your consultation will be considered a no-show.
A no-show consultation forfeits the original consultation retainer. If you wish to schedule another consultation, a new $50 consultation fee will be required due to the inconvenience and time reserved for the missed appointment.
Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future consultations with ÉLEVÉ Bridal Haus.
PLEASE BE PREPARED
Before booking your consultation, please make sure you have your basic event details available.
At minimum, you should be prepared to provide:
- Event date
- Event location/venue
- Estimated guest count
- Type of event
- Services you are interested in
- General vision or desired aesthetic, if applicable
- Any available inspiration, mood boards, or reference images
If you do not have the basic information necessary for us to understand your event, we may decline or cancel the consultation request.
We understand that you may not have every detail finalized. However, basic event information is necessary for us to determine whether we are available and able to serve your event.
CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT FREE QUOTES
ÉLEVÉ Bridal Haus does not provide free quotes or complimentary design consultations.
Our consultation is a professional service that allows us to learn about your event, discuss your needs, provide professional direction, and determine the appropriate services and investment for your vision.
A consultation must be booked before a custom quote or proposal can be prepared.
DESIGN & MOCKUPS
Please understand that consultations do not include complimentary design work.
ÉLEVÉ Bridal Haus does not provide:
- Free event designs
- Free floor plans
- Free tablescape designs
- Free floral concepts
- Free design mockups
- Free renderings
- Free detailed proposals created from inspiration images
Custom design, mockups, renderings, detailed concepts, and production-ready design work are provided only after the appropriate service has been booked and paid for.
BOOKING TERMS
Your consultation is an opportunity to determine whether ÉLEVÉ Bridal Haus is the right fit for your event and services. It does not automatically secure your event date.
To officially book services, clients must:
- Complete the required inquiry/consultation process.
- Review and approve the proposal.
- Sign the service agreement.
- Pay the required non-refundable retainer/payment.
- Complete all required booking information.
No date is considered secured until all required booking requirements have been completed.
